Human coaching

Is Ann not enough?

Probably she is. The honest answer is that most people who land on this page should close it.

Ann is good at the daily thing. The drift, the return, the small honest step. For about nine in ten of our users that is the whole problem, and adding a human on top of it would just be another appointment to dread.

But there is a kind of stuck Ann cannot reach. She does not have stakes. She does not remember you from before you were eighteen. She cannot sit across from you while you write the email you have been avoiding for three weeks. For that, sometimes, you need a person.

We do not run the coaching practice. We do not take a cut. These are two independent coaches we have worked with personally and would send a friend to. That is the whole list.

A quick test before you scroll further

A human coach is probably worth it if two or more of these are true. If only one is, give Ann another month first.

  • The thing you are stuck on has a deadline, a person, or money attached to it.
  • You have already had this exact conversation with yourself more than three times.
  • You can name the smallest next step out loud and you have still not taken it.
  • Spending $300 on a single hour would not change your month, only your calendar.

The two coaches

One for the deadline. One for the pattern.

They do not overlap. If you are not sure which, the descriptions below should make it obvious.

Andrew Bregman

Founder Accountability Coach. Founder and CEO of Curntly, a manufacturing company. Founder of annchor. Engineer by training.

For when you know the next step and keep finding reasons not to take it.

For when you have five real priorities and you have been picking the wrong one for a month.

For when the email you need to send sits in your drafts for nine days.

How he works
Founder to founder, direct, no fluff. He has built and runs a real business with employees, customers, deadlines, and cash flow — so he knows what avoidance looks like from the inside. The work is small, specific, and weekly: pick the move, name the finish line, follow through. He'll text you between sessions on purpose.
First session
Free 10-minute consult to see if the fit is right. No second message if it is not.

$199/ hour

Weekly. Best for founders, solo operators, and ambitious ADHD builders who already know the answer and are not doing it.

Jessica Greku

Jessica Greku

Certified Life & Health Coach. Background in analytics and insights (FanDuel, Kantar). NYC. English and Russian.

For when you are doing everything "right" and still feel drained.

For when reflection has stopped turning into action.

For when your day looks fine on paper and feels off in your body.

How she works
Warm, structured, and pattern-oriented. She comes from an analytics background, so she listens for the themes underneath the surface complaints, names them clearly, and helps you move from vague dissatisfaction into specific actions and routines that hold. Good with energy, confidence, and follow-through.
First session
Free 10-minute consult to see if the fit is right.

$199/ hour

Weekly or bi-weekly. Best for professionals in their 20s and 30s — founders, builders, and high performers who feel scattered or stuck.

How this actually works

Pick the coach who fits and book a free 10-minute consult on their card. If neither feels right, that is a real answer too — the honest move is usually to stick with Ann for another month.

The intro call is free. You pay the coach directly after that — no platform fee, no subscription, no annchor middle layer. Cancel any time means cancel by texting them. That is the whole agreement.

If you want, Ann can share the gist of your weekly intentions with your coach so sessions start where the week actually is. That is opt-in, per coach, and you can turn it off in one tap.

Coaching is not therapy and a coach is not a substitute for mental health care. If you are in crisis, please call or text 988 (US) or your local emergency number, and reach a real human.

Or: give Ann another month.

That is the move for most people. Coaching is here when something actually breaks the daily-rhythm answer — not as the upsell on top of it.
