Terms · v2026-05-29

The honest, broad version.

By entering your phone number and starting a call with Ann ("the service"), you agree to the following. 1. Not therapy or medical care. Ann is not a licensed clinician. The service is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or a substitute for any of those. If you are in crisis or having thoughts of suicide, call or text 988 (US) or your local emergency services (911). 2. AI is imperfect. Ann is an AI. She gets things wrong, sometimes confidently. Use your own judgment. Don't rely on the service for any important decision, medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. 3. SMS and phone-call consent. Program: annchor (ADHD coaching check-ins and account messages). By entering your phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages and phone calls from annchor at the number you provide, including: one-time codes used to sign in to your account; sporadic check-in messages and calls from Ann throughout your workday; and other service-related communications. Message frequency varies — typically several per week, depending on your settings. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any text from us; you will receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact support at privacy@annchor.ai. You can opt out of calls at any time by emailing privacy@annchor.ai. Opting out of one channel does not opt you out of the other. 4. Recording, transcription, and review. Calls and text messages with Ann may be recorded, transcribed, stored, and reviewed by humans on our team and by automated systems. We may use this content to improve the service, debug, or evaluate quality. Don't share anything in calls or texts that you wouldn't want logged. 5. Third-party processing. The service routes audio, transcripts, and metadata through third-party providers including Vapi, Anthropic, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, and Twilio. By using the service you agree to their terms and to your data being processed by them as part of delivering the service. 6. Age. You confirm you are 18 years or older. 7. Use at your own risk. The service is provided "as is" with no warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages of any kind arising out of your use of the service. 8. Termination and data. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing privacy@annchor.ai. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason without notice. 9. Changes. We may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 10. Free trial and "free forever" tier. New accounts include 60 minutes of voice calls with Ann as a free trial; there is no time limit on how long the account stays open while you use those minutes. Once the included minutes are used up, your account drops to a texts-only tier we describe as "free forever." That tier is offered at our discretion and may be changed, restricted, paused, metered, or discontinued at any time, without warning and without notice. "Free forever" describes our current intent, not a contractual guarantee. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to restore voice minutes.
